How to access an email account in cPanel

There are two quick ways to open your mailbox – directly through Webmail or from inside cPanel itself. Follow whichever approach is most convenient for you.

Method 1: Access Webmail from a browser

1. Enter https://your‑domain.com/webmail in your browser.
2. Log in with the full email address. For example, info@your‑domain.com and its password.
3. Choose Roundcube to start reading and sending messages.

Tip: Bookmark the URL so you can jump straight to Webmail next time.

Method 2: Launch Webmail from cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Go to Email → Email Accounts.
3. Next to the address you want, click Check Email. The Webmail interface opens in a new tab. Select Roundcube to view your inbox.
