How to Navigate the Partner Interface in Your JetHost Client Area

Once your JetHost partner account is activated, then a new “Partners” menu will appear in your Client Area. This is your hub for tracking order commissions and viewing promo code details. In addition, it helps you keep tabs on your current tier, discounts, and all program-related activity.

The Partner Dashboard is divided into several easy-to-navigate sections that display up-to-date information in real-time. 

Partners Menu

When you open the “Partners” menu, the main dashboard provides a snapshot of the most important information, organized into several key blocks: 

  • Account Balance, which includes: 
    Pending Commissions – Earnings that have been accrued but are not yet withdrawable because the holding period hasn’t passed. 
    Earned Commissions – Confirmed earnings that have cleared the holding period. 
    Paid Out Commissions – Amounts that have already been paid out to you. 
    Total – The sum of all accrued earnings. 
  • Commission Info, where you can view the current commission rates applied to your account. The table breaks down the information by the number of active hosting accounts: 
    0 to 4 → 10% for new services / 10% for renewals 
    5 to 10 → 10% for new services / 15% for renewals 
    11 to 20 → 10% for new services / 20% for renewals 
    21+ → 10% for new services / 25% for renewals 
  • Promo Code Information – In this section, you can check your personal promo code to see if it’s active, the discount amount it offers, and which plans it applies to. 
  • Partner Discount – This shows the discounts applicable to your own orders. These depend on your partner tier and are categorized by hosting plan and billing cycle. 

Once you submit your request, our team reviews it and contacts you to finalize and activate the partner terms for your profile. Our team usually completes this process within 1 business day

When the program is activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your partner account is ready to go. 

Services

This tab displays all hosting services that your clients activate and link to your partner account.

Transactions 

This section lists all transactions and client orders linked to your profile. It also shows amounts, commission status, and other details.

Use the “Services” section to verify if a specific client account is counting as active. The number of active accounts determines your partner tier and the commission percentage you’ll earn on renewals.
