When do I get billed at JetHost?
Each service you purchase from JetHost has its own billing cycle. This means the renewal dates may not be the same across all of your services. For example, hosting plans often renew every month, while domains usually renew once a year on a fixed date. Knowing when you will get billed at JetHost helps you plan ahead and avoid service interruptions.
To help you stay on top of payments, JetHost sends automatic reminders before a service expires. You’ll receive several emails leading up to the due date. All notifications are sent to the administrative email address listed in your Client Area, so it’s important to keep that address accurate and active.
How to view due dates
You can check the exact Next Due Date for your services in the Client Area.

Hosting accounts
1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Click Service to see your active hosting services.
3. Check the Next Due Date column for each service to know when it will renew.

Domains
1. Log in to your Client Area.
2. Click Domain to see your active domains.
3. The Next Due column shows when each registered domain will expire.
Add-ons
These extras extend the functionality of your hosting account and are billed alongside the main service to keep everything active. Hosting accounts may include add-ons like a Dedicated IP, Premium Support, Website maintenance or other. To view their due dates use the menu Services.
Automatic renewals
For services with automatic renewal enabled, JetHost charges your saved payment method 5 (five) days before the due date. This prevents service interruptions. If the payment fails, you’ll receive a notification so you can update your details and avoid downtime.
Why this matters
By keeping your account details updated and checking your due dates, you’ll always know when you get billed at JetHost. This makes it easy to plan payments, prevent unexpected expirations, and keep the services online without disruption.
