Where to find JetHost nameservers
When you connect a domain to your JetHost hosting plan, you need to use the correct nameservers. You can find them at any time inside your JetHost Client Area. The nameservers are listed directly in your hosting service details, so you do not need cPanel or additional tools to view them.
Follow the steps below to locate your nameservers quickly.
Where to find your JetHost nameservers
1. Log in to your JetHost Client Area
Use your account email and password to access your JetHost client area dashboard.
2. Go to the Services section
From the main menu, click Services. This page lists all active hosting plans connected to your account.
3. Select the hosting plan you want to manage
Find your hosting service and click Manage. This opens the hosting overview page with all related details and options.
4. Look for the central panel
Here you will find the exact nameservers assigned to your hosting account.
These are the values you need to enter at your domain registrar when pointing your domain to JetHost.
What to do after you find your nameservers?
Once you locate your JetHost nameservers, the next step is to apply them to your domain. This tells the internet to load your website and DNS records from your JetHost hosting account.
If your domain is registered at JetHost
You can update the nameservers directly inside your Client Area under Domains → Manage → Nameservers.
For full instructions, follow our guide: How to change nameservers at JetHost
If your domain is registered elsewhere
Log in to your domain registrar (for example GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, or another provider) and enter the JetHost nameservers there. Each registrar has a different interface, but all require the same two NS values.
After updating the nameservers, allow up to 24–48 hours for global DNS propagation. Your website may temporarily load from the old location or the new one until propagation completes.
Why your nameservers matter?
Your nameservers control where your domain loads its DNS records from. If your domain points to JetHost nameservers:
- You manage DNS from your JetHost client area
- Your website and email connect to your JetHost hosting
- Changes to DNS records follow JetHost’s DNS zone settings
If your domain points elsewhere (such as Cloudflare or a third-party DNS provider), your DNS must be edited there instead.
JetHost Experts Tip
If you recently upgraded, migrated, or changed your hosting plan, always recheck your nameservers. Some hosting packages use different DNS and Nameservers, and using outdated nameservers may cause your domain to stop resolving correctly.
