Red means Faulty

  • TTFB consistently above 700ms on uncached dynamic pages
  • Measured uptime below 99.5%, or repeated incidents of 30+ minutes
  • Support that doesn’t resolve issues on first or second contact
  • Site performance is noticeably worse during traffic spikes , exactly the conditions that matter most
